1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the client) and Kilimanjaro Bucketlist Expedition, a luxury safari travel agency based in Tanzania. By booking a safari or any related services with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after a deposit of [percentage]% of the total cost is received. The balance is due [number] days before the commencement of the safari.

2.2 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2.3 Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit may be forfeited.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the Client:

4. Travel Insurance

All clients are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other potential risks associated with safari travel.

5. Health & Safety

5.1 Vaccinations & Medications: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have the necessary vaccinations and medications for travel to Tanzania.

5.2 Physical Fitness: Clients must be in good physical health to participate in safari activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Liability

6.1 Kilimanjaro Bucketlist Expedition acts only as an agent for the client in regard to travel, whether by air, road, or any other means, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any third party.

6.2 Kilimanjaro Bucketlist Expedition is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the safari.

7. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to the itinerary provided, changes may occur due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other unforeseen factors. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary if necessary.

8. Force Majeure

Kilimanjaro Bucketlist Expedition is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government actions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
